At CarterBritoShops, we provide shipping to various locations worldwide. Our shipping rates and delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Please note that it takes approximately 1-3 business days to process orders before they are shipped. Most orders are dispatched within 7 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Free returns are available within 14 days. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a CarterBritoShops gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the pre-paid return label option in our Returns Portal below!

Please note: Ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned in a single package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
